Day 30 - Repeat



It's been a month. Thanks for hanging in with me. I hope you've found ways to begin or deepen a regular meditation practice. I've heard it said that these teachings may be easy to understand but difficult to live. Fortunately, you have an entire lifetime to continue the journey into mindfulness. Remember you are your own best teacher, be kind to yourself and others along the way, beauty is waiting around every corner if only you look, and each moment is a portal to the mystery of Life.
