Being in Nature - Sun: September 22 - 28


I was in Alaska this past week and witnessed the most extraordinary sunscape.


My friend, Cat, is new to meditation. She recently texted me, "I sit in the sun first thing in the morning for like 13ish minutes and it's definitely making me feel better." Let's follow Cat's lead this week. No need to overcomplicate it. 

 

Practice 

      1. Find a sunny spot outside or near a window. (If there is no sun, use your imagination.)

      2. Sit for 13ish minutes.

      3. Feel better.

 

The sun always makes me happy. I hope it does the same for you.
