Day 10 - Beach Breathing with Compassion

Let's go to the beach this weekend. That's where I am. On this Saturday, I'm sharing three of my favorite things: the beach, the breath, and metta. This guided meditation was originally created by a gifted friend and meditator Brandel France de Bravo. I took her themes and improvised a bit. It is just under 15 minutes. Get ready to soak in the sun, float on the water, and send out waves of compassion.

Go to the beach for real. Walk meditatively along the shore. (Mountains, parks, and ponds also work.)
