Day 10 - Beach Breathing with Compassion



Let's go to the beach this weekend. That's where I am. On this Saturday, I'm sharing three of my favorite things: the beach, the breath, and metta. This guided meditation was originally created by a gifted friend and meditator Brandel France de Bravo. I took her themes and improvised a bit. It is just under 15 minutes. Get ready to soak in the sun, float on the water, and send out waves of compassion.


Practice Options:

  • Send a card, an email or a prayer to someone on your heart today.

  • Go to the beach for real. Walk meditatively along the shore. (Mountains, parks, and ponds also work.)
