Superpower: November 5 - 11


I'm about to tell you the key to happiness so listen carefully. Gratitude is a super power. It is the antidote to fear. Whenever my world feels small and my problems close in around me, I remember to shift my perspective and am mindful of the abundance of love and life available here in the present. In that moment, everything changes. My heart expands and in that new found space, freedom is possible.


This is the true miracle of gratitude. Through the eyes of grace, I see with my heart that every good thing has already been given to all of us, that we are loved beyond measure, and at the core we are connected to each other and to the source of life.




Practice


Begin a gratitude practice. Reflect on your day and write down three things for which you are grateful. Record these in a journal or share via email or text with a friend or two. Write them on a slip of paper and keep in a jar. Pick a method that works for you.
