Day 7 - Week 1 Mindfulness Summary


As with most things in life, a new practice, well, takes practice. Today is an opportunity to review the topics introduced in the first week, check out a day you missed, or spend more time with a practice that resonates with you.


John O'Donohue encourages us to learn to find ease in risk.

Each breath, each moment offers the opportunity to begin again and again.

This is the secret of mindfulness.

Practice Option

Today I'm offering a bonus meditation. I expanded yesterday's 3 minute meditation to a 6 and a half minute meditation. You can always sit a few extra minutes in silence using the breath as an anchor if you want to stretch the meditation to 10 or 15 minutes.


At some point this month, I'll post a Q&A blog in response to your emails. So send me your questions, observations, insights and I'll share some with the larger community.
