As with most things in life, a new practice, well, takes practice. Today is an opportunity to review the topics introduced in the first week, check out a day you missed, or spend more time with a practice that resonates with you.

Practice Option
Today I'm offering a bonus meditation. I expanded yesterday's 3 minute meditation to a 6 and a half minute meditation. You can always sit a few extra minutes in silence using the breath as an anchor if you want to stretch the meditation to 10 or 15 minutes.
