I'm on retreat at the Omega Institute. Here's my view this morning. Consider this email my postcard to you from the Hudson Valley. I wish you were here. I'm surrounded by the beauty of nature. Sometimes you just need a hug. This has been one of those months. So many of you responded to last week's reflection with thoughtful words of support. Friends have been equally kind.
